Failure to respond and transmit time sensitive information regarding my case. Nearly got my case thrown out because he failed to contact me at my correct address/phone/email/fax number ( claims I ignored his repeated requests that he allegedly sent to a fax number I rarely am at at a PT clinic position - they NEVER received any faxes for me.
Mr. Fischoff said me over the telephone " you play head games all day with your clients so I am not surprised"

We contacted him at the telephone number he provided but then later after we tried numerous times to reach him and he finally responded, he stated he was not usually at that number and provided new contact information.
