He was late by hours both times to court. He had never investigated. I had someone who took pictures of where accident happened and wrote report. Mr. McGuire did not want to use him even those report and pictures clearly showed other person had to have been going at high rate of speed. He just told me to plead "No Contest" and pay fine.
