About James R. Pastor

Mr. Pastor graduated from Woodbridge High School in 1995 where he excelled as a scholar athlete. He went on to attend Rutgers College in New Brunswick where he obtained a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. He also received a Certificate in Criminology. Mr. Pastor attended Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and received in Juris Doctorate in 2003.

Mr. Pastor practiced law for the next 12 years at the law firm of Aiello, Harris, Marth, Tunnero, Pastor & Schiffman, PC in Watchung, New Jersey where he focused on cases involving personal injury, workers compensation, criminal defense, and traffic violations.

In 2016, Mr. Pastor joined his wife, Angela, and opened the law firm of Pastor & Pastor, LLC. They chose to open an office in Woodbridge, New Jersey, where Mr. Pastor was born and raised, so that they could better serve the legal needs of the community.

Mr. Pastor is also a part-time municipal prosecutor for the Township of Middletown, New Jersey.

When Mr. Pastor is not practicing law he enjoys spending time with his children, James and Ava, and playing golf with his wife, Angela.
