We hired Ms.L as a buyer lawyer. She and her boss didn’t do anything for the benefit of buyer. Besides routine paperwork, they just push you to close. When there was a conflict with seller, they did nothing helpful but called us like a scam to push us accept the situation and close ASAP. And the worst thing is after 4 months of closing, we still haven’t received our deed. It seems Ms.L didn’t mail it to the township in time. So personally, I don’t recommend this law office.
