Elizabeth was great! She took her time and explained the fancy ten dollar words so regular people can understand. She helped us through tough times with my father's estate and selling the properties and we are grateful she was there. She saved us thousands in tax and really made our lives easier. Thank you!

Elizabeth helped my daughter during and after my son-in-laws death. She was very helpful and compassionate. I have also used Elizabeth for POA and land transfers and found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

I owned homes through 3 real estate corps in Ohio. I cosigned mortgage laons. All remaining homes (8) were facing foresclosure. She said I was going bankrupt, and to stop all loans and all other expense payments, and to let them go but not try to make any "short sales". Four of the homes went into foreclosure. I subsequently asked another attorney for advice and was told to put them up for short sales. The remaining homes were sold through the short sale process.
