Ms. Callahan focuses her practice on consumer bankruptcy, personal injury, and employment law. Before establishing her own firm, she worked as an attorney at two law firms concentrating on bankruptcy and litigation. During law school, she gained experience as a law clerk at a boutique employment law firm, drafting legal documents, including complaints and client chronologies, with a focus on executive advocacy and discrimination. Additionally, Ms. Callahan spent over three years working for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in the Clerk’s Office for Suffolk County, where she gained valuable insight into complex litigation and procedural matters.
Ms. Callahan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University’s School of Management and her Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston. While in law school, she served as a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Journal for Criminal and Civil Confinement and held leadership roles as a member and president of the Women’s Law Caucus.
Ms. Callahan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She resides on the North Shore and enjoys skiing, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
