I hired this attorney to seal expunge a 2004 case and to my knowledge he took my 850.00 and didn't pay the $79.00 to the clerk of the court to seal my record. He told me everything would be included in the large attorney fee would take care of it. This was over 8 months ago he lied to me. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Mr. Allen disappointed me in my proceedings. I filed on my daughter's mother in 2006 very little to no communication at all, I filed in early October and made it clear that I want to spent the holidays with my daughter, I didn't get to see her till February, 4 months later. I pained him up front and every time I called him for updates he would deduct the amount I paid him and calculated on how much I have left in the amount I gave him. he treated me like a case number and a pay check.
