Fred is extremely knowledgeable in MRTA and the effects it has on my HOA. He was very helpful.
I went through a particularly ugly real estate court case. It took over 3 and a half years. Fred is about as menacing as your granddad, until you sit across the table from him. He absolute destroys the other side with knowledge and compassion. It's pure irony. Looks like a teddy bear, fights like a tiger. He also has a ton of jokes that help him explain what he's trying to say. (Don't worry, you don't get charged for joke time). He's without a doubt the single lawyer that I both trust and admire. He never gave up and even gave me more flexible billing, since we never expected the case to last 3 years. He knew I had two kids and some of his fee was their college fund. I never sweated it. Fred, is great. I had lunch with him just today, and I'll likely call him my friend until I'm looking at the roots and not the grass. Ask him to tell you the one about the gorilla and the net.
After years and thousands, when it came time before the judge- Fred sat mute. Threw his client to the wolves. Lost the case. Next attorney hired had the case settled in my favor before the time to file an appeal ran out.
