Attorney Finestrauss can place a most convincing Yellow Page ad, but it was my experience that his follow-up just wasn't there. After my experience with him, which was less than good, mildly said I followed the advice of another attorney. When something came up where a lawyer was needed, I contacted the County Legal Society, and they provided me with a couple of qualified names. This produced noticeably improved results. My second wife is a retired Assistant District Attorney. She read about all the years this man was behind on his taxes and exclaimed, "this is stupid." Finestrauss is great at using alibies saying that it was an employee's fault, yet he employed her, and if she was that bad, why didn't he terminate her. On another occasion he mentioned he was so stressed out, he had to use anti-anxiety medication. My goodness! Future prospective clients won't need anti-anxiety medication it they merely go for a different attorney to represent them.
To call this man a thief is an understatement. He will take your money without doing anything for your case. He's egotistical, condescending and apathetic. He's even been disciplined by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel for not paying his taxes just 10 short years ago when he was in his late 50s. Untrustworthy to say the very least! Con artist is the perfect description for him!
