Hired Attorney

Was difficult to reach by phone. I, as the client, had enough information for Mr Heyden to take a case involving a seriously "botched" surgery on myself. During the time I was under the care of the surgeon in question, there were so many "red flags" and mistakes made that the surgeon had no explanation for. I later had the procedure re-done by a surgeon who has done surgery on me 3 times previously over the course of 4 years, all with success, and this same surgeon, "re-fixed" the serious mess.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
