I have asked David Ferry III to help create 2 papers, a “Will” and a “Power of Attorney.” He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, was always responded quickly when I called him or left text messages. There was some extenuating circumstances involved during the process and he was very flexible and definitely not rattled by the changes. He actually traveled to a facility to have the papers signed. Hired Law Firm

Dave and his team of professionals listen, work out a plan then follow through keeping in touch the whole way. Guardianship was made. Then the will went to probate. The whole while every step was explained. They called when they said they would and answered all the questions I threw at them.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
