Hired Attorney Clark Kingery

I am a landlord for one property and had an issue with my tenants being several months behind on rent. I worked with Clark Kingery regarding ending an old lease, writing a new lease and setting up a promissory note for payment of delinquent rent. He was very responsive, explained things clearly, gave me some very useful tips and was very reasonably price. I would recommend any landlord to go to him for problems or even before you start renting to get help with a strong lease that will serve you well if your renters don't turn out to be the best.

Clark C. Kingery and his assistant Angie went out of their way to help me with my tenant/landlord issues that I was having. he information I was given along with having the ability to have them do collections on my current tenant or future tenant if ever needed is invaluable.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
