Hired Law Firm

I have no complaint with the legal assistance that I received from Robshaw and Associates. However, when the final bill was presented to my family for the settlement of the estate of my uncle, it was double than what was initially quoted. I would not recommend this lawyer.

Our only negative experience was with Mr. Robshaw himself. He did not make us aware of all his fees, and charged us his rates the whole time (did he really do all the work himself--doubt it). We definitely felt as though he was trying to get as much money out of us (from my father-in-law's estate) that he could. In the end, we essentially fired him and got a new lawyer on the job (at another firm) who proved to be both less expensive and respectful of our needs.

Hired Law Firm

Robshaw and Associates had significant hidden charges that did not become apparent until estate closure. Their ability to communicate in response to queries about these charges was slow, and apparently a stalling tactic. I think one could find a better lawyer by choosing a law practice randomly, instead of using Robshaw & Associates, P.C.
