Hired Attorney Mr. Russell Ferree

We had a good experience with him and his office. We were selling a house in NC while we had moved to SC. Everything was done through the mail and it did go smoothly. The only problem we had was the property closed on a Friday and they told us the check would be mailed overnight. We waited all day Saturday and when the check didn't arrive we got worried. The check did arrive on Monday. After some research we learned they would have had to pay extra in order for it to arrive on Sat.

Hired Attorney Mr. Russell Ferree

As newcomers to this state, he was very thorough in regards to laws differing from PA to NC. Gave us information on a type of insurance in case something was missed or surfaced so that we would not lose our new home.(sorry forget what it was called.) Gave complete copies of all documents at closing. Very methodical. Spoke clearly and used terminology we could understand. Office was clean, good temperature, good lighting. Smaller waiting area, but well cared for.
