He also served as a summer intern for the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was also employed part time as a law clerk for a downtown Pittsburgh law firm.

Prior to joining Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald, Ryan was employed as a judicial law clerk for Judge James A. Gibbons of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, and the Lackawanna County Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, fishing, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
