Marley advises businesses of various sizes, municipalities, and educational institutions on labor and employment matters ranging from handbook preparation, policy review, and employee discipline to representation in administrative proceedings or in litigation. She also advises clients on labor relations issues and represents them in collective bargaining negotiations.
In addition to her practice, Marley is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and serves as the Young Lawyers’ Division’s Liaison to the Labor & Employment Law Section. She also is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, through which she volunteers as a member of the Scholarship Committee and as a co-coordinator for the Pennsylvania High School Mock Trial Competition.
Marley also serves on the Board of the Child Development Council of NEPA and on the Board of Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity, where she acts as the Chairperson of the Family Selection & Support Committee.
Marley is a northeastern Pennsylvania native and is a graduate of Holy Redeemer High School. She graduated summa cum laude from The Catholic University of America and earned her law degree from Notre Dame Law School, where she served as an editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Marley and her husband, Robert, now reside in Kingston.

•Marley is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society.
•While attending The Catholic University of America, Marley was also inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma, Eta Sigma Phi, and Phi Sigma Tau National Honor Societies, and was a member of the University Honors Program.
