I had hired a lawyer named Marsha Basco prior to Jane Acri. Basco was identified to me as a no-nonsense lawyer and ruthless at times. I found her to be all of that but the problem was she was all that to me, the paying client. So after thousands of dollars spent for absolutely nothing, I left her and happen to find Jane Acri. It was so nice to be treated so much better than what I was used to. Jane was my saving grace. Thank God for her!
Jane was not professional and had her husband send me emails that I already had the information . They changed me $850.00 for emails and I never provided them with email address!!! They did this again and charged me with emails for hundreds of dollars!! Sending me emails that I didn’t ask for and already had this information!!!! I would NOT JUST JANE!!! She did not help me!!! She didn’t care that my husband abused me and my children and he cheated on me. She said that was between him and God!!!!! But .. Jane will go to church and read sermons!!!!!! Does she really care about her clients??? I would say.. NO, I guess that’s why my sister didn’t hire Jane.
Jane Acri did nothing...literally nothing for me in my divorce. Aside from billing me for submitting paperwork..she did not freeze or try to stop the sale of my house. My ex sold the house out from under me and pocketed 26000.00 that was to be split with me. She will not fight for you unless you are shelling out 10000.00, she was useless and incompetent. Hire her and you will lose.
