He had more than one court appearance on one of our court days, so had to go from courtroom to courtroom, and we were held up for over 3 hours on our case. We were also billed for the entire time, even though we did not have his attention the entire time. Not only did we not get what we were trying for, but also lost ground on what we had prior. This is either because of Richard, or a combination of Richard and the judge.
