Mr. Dannenberg drew up a rental contract for us on our rental house. He put in the stipulation to the renter that if we needed to obtain the services of a lawyer for any breach of the contract that the renter would have to pay the lawyers fees. We had such a situation, he tried once to collect money owed to us, they did not pay then he billed us for his fees. He assured us before that we would not have to pay. I have found that this stipulation cannot be enforced & shouldn't have been included.
