Hired Law Firm

I didn't talk to these people. After talking to the only lawyer out of about 15 that did spend a little time talking to me. It looks like nobody is interested in helping me. Either there is no money in it for them or they think that they can't win a medical malpractice or slip and fall case like mine. So I didn't want to bother these people with my lost cause case. I know, it surprised me too. So many advertise that everyone deserves representation, except me. So for whatever reason my case is not defend-able and/or the accident is my fault so I deserve to suffer and even pay for someone else's mistake. Thanks for nothing to all of the honorable attorney's fighting for everyone else's rights.

The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
