What was described as a simple procedure that should be completed in a timely manner has turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out and stressful ordeal. This lack of professionalism and responsiveness has been deeply disappointing, adding unnecessary pain to an already difficult situation. UPDATE: Dealing with the loss of a loved one is already difficult, and navigating legal processes should not add more stress to an already painful time. My husband and I specifically chose Matthew Kalwinsky's office to work with our Executrix to handle our family estate. After sharing my honest experience in a review, Matthew Kalwinsky personally emailed and asked that it be taken down. When I refused, we were suddenly hit with a supplemental bill--nearly double what we originally paid--without any clear breakdown of additional hours. This response was deeply upsetting and only reinforced the frustration we've faced throughout this process. I too agree with the yelp reviews, investigate this company!
Robert Taff is only out for the money and preys upon seniors and their money. He is not responsible nor responsive. His office is conveniently located outside 55+ housing waiting to prey on his next victim. The worst!!! Stay clear!!!!! He has no scruples!!! His day will come!!!
Whoever wrote the previous reviews are all lies, I was preyed upon after hiring Robert Taff he is unscrupulous in his tactics. He states that he will provide for the protection of assets. He did nothing for $2,500. When you are at your worst you will be scammed by Robert Taff...... Horrendous Attorney who should be Investigated by NJ Bar Association!!!!!
