Ava L. Zelenetsky, Esq. graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1999 and was subsequently admitted to the New York State bar, which she passed the first time. Ms. Zelenetsky attended Queens College (C.U.N.Y), where she graduated magna cum laude, was on the Dean’s List, was awarded highest honors in English, with a major in English. She began her legal career in the area of insurance defense and, after many years of practice and experience, she founded Zelenetsky & Associates, P.C. Her defense background enables Ms. Zelenetsky to successfully negotiate with claim representatives and defense attorneys and when settlement is not an option because the insurance companies aren’t offering enough money, our firm will aggressively litigate the case through verdict and all the way through appeal, if needed.
Our goal is to not only provide aggressive, competent legal representation, throughout this matter, but to truly be there for our clients, guide and assist them as their case progresses, and ultimately obtain the greatest monetary amount for them as well as restore them to a better, or similar, situation they had prior to their accident. We are always there for our clients and our clients can always talk to an actual attorney. We take a true interest in each of our cases as well as our clients’ lives and well-being. We have had, and expect to have, many conversations with our clients in which we advise them not to accept the settlement offered by the defendant or the insurance company because we did not think it was sufficient and believed we would be able to obtain significantly more for them. Most of our clients thankfully work well with us, took our advice, and we were able to recover a much greater settlement for them.
If an agreed upon settlement cannot be reached, we will not hesitate to aggressively litigate the matter through the Court system. If settlement cannot be reached, we will pursue our clients’ rights all the way through trial and a verdict.
