Mr. Weingarten is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and member of the Land Use and Zoning and Government Relations practice groups.
He concentrates his practice in real estate law, land use and zoning, municipal law, state and local lobbying, primarily representing owners and developers of commercial and residential real property. He has acted as lead counsel in connection with billions of dollars of real estate transactions representing tens of millions of square feet, tens of thousands of residences including some of the most transformative projects in the Hudson Valley including approvals for urban renewal and infill. Mr. Weingarten is a noted leader in Government Relations and is a registered lobbyist in New York State.
