I am the niece of his client Ann Delaney. He informed us we could not talk to her for two years after I made him aware of my concerns about her step children taking over her care in Nov. of 23 after my uncle died. I searched for her for two years, and begged him for information with no success. I found out my aunt died Feb. 9th 2026 by calling Gate of Heaven Cemetery. After speaking to the Funeral Home I found out she was not buried according to her wishes and her family was not notified. My aunt wanted a Catholic burial in order to have a smooth passage through the pearly gates to join her family. This is how he represented my aunt. I also asked for a toxicology report but there is no death certificate loaded.
Hes a horrible lawyer. He wants to settle your cases at a low number. He wanted to settle my case at a low number, but I told him no and ended up receiving double than what he wanted to settle for. You have to do a lot of the work yourself and his office looks like a dirty Crack house. His reviews are in the 2 range in the majority the reviews. Run 🏃♂️ away from this guy
