An ambulance was dispatched in response to a 911 emergency call in Mamaroneck, NY on August 1, 2019. The ambulance was unreasonably delayed because they were lost in route and/or drove to the wrong location! They are located across the street from where the incident happened! Because of the delay, Jamie Russo suffered lack of oxygen to the brain, lack of oxygen to vital organs and loss of consciousness! Jamie was in a coma for 6 weeks and then eventually died on September 20, 2019. She was only 37 years old! I as a mother, can't imagine the agony that this family is going through. Why did it take 13 minutes for the ambulance to arrive? Joseph Maria took on this case and didn't get back to me for three months! He doesn't return phone calls or emails! He, like the ambulance, was unresponsive. Mr. Maria was unprofessional, uncaring and should not be practicing law!!!
