Hired Attorney

A short summary of the catastrophic incomprehensible representation I experienced as a client of Jack Lester! The normative two way communication between attorney and client had not occurred nor would it! His seemingly quiet innocuous disengaged personality only became alert when he desired payment his initial request was absurd and more than I wished to spend after a brief negotiation I wrote him a check! I could never imagine this initial meeting would in fact be the only time I would have the opportunity to discuss my case! Mr Lester representation was so poor that years went by without any ability to reach him at his office! I finally called him at his home and was appalled with his slow vague responsiveness as I asked for information about status of my case! Without going into specifics I was really shocked and surprised to have him inform me he will asking judge for a recusal! Thus began my struggle to reclaim my advanced payment for years of non communication! Stay away from hi

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
