First and foremost, Mr. Abrams is excellent at explaining things in layman’s terms-understandable to us non lawyers. Unlike the normal take on lawyers, Mr. Abrams ethics is beyond reproach and I highly recommend him to EVERYONE.

Richard was amazing. He truly knew the details of the case and how it would play out long before a judgement was awarded in our favor, yet kept us informed and calm throughout the process. He knows the law and did his research to support our case. He is a true professional within the industry. Though I hope we do not have to use an attorneys service in the future...if we do, Richard would be our first call!

I would recommend Rich without question emphatically 100%. I came to Rich about a year ago with mounting legal issues. I called around and I feel so very fortunate that he was recommended to me. I went to his office and after meeting with him I felt like I was a part of A valued team. I feel that along the way Rich customized his approach to my case as if it was the most important case he had Ever taken on. I personally feel that Rich Abrams is the finest attorney in the state of Delaware.

I was upset on a lawsuit that I am involved in, and I received his Richards name on a recommendation from a fellow home inspector. When I called and explain my situation, he calmed me down and assured me that everything would be alright. He asked me to give he a day or two to look into the matter. To my amazement the very next day I had an approval for my extension, and on my way to resolve the matter with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend Mr. Abrams, exceeded my expectations.

Rich was absolutely incredible He was knowledgeable, professional, confident in every way. Going through a lawsuit is one of the most horrible experiences one can have. Having an attorney like Rich defending you puts you in excellent hands. Rich was patient and understood the stress that one is under while fighting a suit. He never rushed me off the phone. I always felt like I was his only client. I always got his full attention. I highly recommend Rich Abrams to defend you and your company.
