EDUCATION

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1990, Mr. Peskin was accepted into The John Marshall School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in May 1995.

Mr. Peskin has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association since 1997. He is also a member of the DuPage Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.

Hired Attorney

My youngest daughter got hurt while working for one of the big food cooperations. These people were impossible to deal with so we called Mitch Peskin. He ended up getting a very fair settlement for my daughter. He's the type of attorney you want on your side. He is not afraid of taking on these big companies like some attorneys are. We highly recommend him and we are very grateful for him. Thank you Mitch.

I feel Mr. Peskin's service was not to the standard that you may think a lawyer should be in representing his clients. I don't feel Mr. Peskin represents his client to his best.
