Hired Law Firm

I had initially hired Mr. Fawell for a driving on suspended license and immediately went to bat for me. He explained the steps I should take even before I got to the court room and really did an excellent job working the case while it was in trial. And, the second case I got, which was a failure to appear, he handled in a matter of minutes. I could not recommend him enough!

He met with us, and based upon our meeting his price was going to be the best, with the best possible outcomes explained to us. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Great guy! great firm. We felt like he definitely had our backs.

I can only speak about my own experience with them. They were professional, they were understanding and courteous. They got the job done for my husband and I. I am happy that I received their services because what needed to be done was done.

Got referred to this firm by a friend, and if I could give them negative stars I would. Was mislead and misguided multiple times throughout the case. It also seemed like I was the only person who truly cared about this case and seemed like there was absolutely no effort being put in whatsoever from the lawyer. Also gave me the wrong time on my last court case so almost caught a warrant for my arrest for not showing up at the right time. Highly DO NOT recommend this firm for any problems you run into.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
