About Richard J. Colella

Richard J. Colella practiced in the corporate and securities laws section of a large Dallas, Texas law firm for several years, and has practiced in Ohio since January of 1993. Mr. Colella has represented many types of businesses in connection with their ordinary course and transactional legal needs, from start-ups to large corporations like U.S. Steel and FirstMerit Bank.
