He seemed to be genuinely interested in my case.He had alot to do and he did his best.

No professionalism here. I have an injury claim pending with the USPS, so I wanted to reach out to a Federal workers comp attorney to see what my options were. I spoke w/Brown for an initial consultation (after I was already screened by his asst.) where I had hoped to find out what they could do for me, you know, basic stuff like: what are my rights? what can I expect to recover? how do these cases usually go? do I have a case? Guess what, Mr Brown asked me 3 questions, then asked me what can he do for me...? He was on a poor speaker phone and difficult to hear or understand him (rude), he did not tell me anything except that he could represent me if I paid an up-front initial $5K retainer (greedy), and during the conversation, instead of helping me understand the process & the terminology, he was verbally abrasive and demeaning (disrespectful). This was a waste of time. I ended the conversation after only 6 minutes because he was so dismisive and rude...time to retire Mr Brown.

I hired this law firm three years ago they done nothing except take my money. Finally I complain to them because I sent several emails and no response. That’s our typical MO. They say they have an office but I don’t think anybody is actually there. It’s probably just an office they rent and they work from home, they’ll bill you for every little thing. there’s no results they promised you the world and then they send you an email after you complain to them they fire you and then still want more money from you now. Please do your research look up the Better Business Bureau that will tell you everything look online for complaints that will tell you a lot more .. also I can tell you

If I could give a 0 star I would. From my experience this has to be the worst representation ever! I've worked with lawyers who are compassionate and take pride at what they do. When seeking representation from this firm there was great communication at first but when the retainer fee was done everything was slow. I attempted to reach out not knowing every email/call was recorded to be billed. Had I know what I know now I would have done everything myself(you do all work anyway)This is how it works, You pay them. They send you a lot of paper work to fill out, essentially you end up doing all the work anyway. You can do without them. No point in paying. All forms are free online. They bill you for things out your hands, for example: them having “meetings”about your case(I had no idea of) Also, I had a nurse call and leave them a message, they billed me too. All equaling close to 5k not to mention they did nothing to help me, I’m still where I started with them. Worst mistake hiring them

I feel conned and victimized by this firm. Initially they make you feel like you are being taken care of and in good hands. But your not. And that caring and feeling in good hand fades after a few month. By one year they avoid you, are slow or don’t respond at all to emails or phone calls, but charge you for every single one. You learn after it may be to late, or at minimum will be a lot more work that they failed to stop worker’s compensation from failing to follow proper processes and regulations. You will charged for everything that is submitted to their office for time read by paralegal, attorney, often a partner (attorney) & monthly case review even if you only had a prescription refill. I later learned WC required exams and testing that should have been challenged were not. Medical conditions should have been expanded. In short I’m having to pay for it all, all over again as it was not done right the first time and put my benefits at permanent risk. Find a different firm!

Brown's associate Daniel Goodkin misrepresented important provisions of FECA and they claim to be experts on federal law. The firm refused to provide accurate accounting of their time on my case. They further, claimed in emails they did not know a "physician" to whom they referred me for my disabling back injury though the "physician" faxed the firm reports they billed me for reading. I do not suggest anyone seek service of this firm, especially a disabled person on a limited budget. Wash. DC.
