Hired Law Firm

We have worked with the partners of this law firm for many years in a wide variety of complex litigation and corporate matters - in connection with a major corporate/stockholder dispute, David Ossentjuk served as lead counsel obtaining a defense judgment which was subsequently affirmed on appeal. In an unrelated matter, Mr. Ossentjuk obtained a pretrial dismissal in a multi-million dollar securities fraud action. This law firm has earned our unqualified recommendation.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
