About Kiley Grombacher

Bradley/Grombacher LLP Co-Founding Partner Kiley Grombacher focuses on complex litigation, including consumer and employment class actions, product liability, personal injury matters and pharmaceutical mass torts. She has obtained seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients, especially women and children. Kiley is passionate about advocating for justice for vulnerable people wronged by corporate misdeeds through unequal pay, manufacturing and marketing defective products, privacy breaches, false advertising and neglect, abuse and harassment in the workplace.

Kiley’s litigation experience includes:

Larch- Miller v. Meta Platforms, Inc., filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges Meta violated laws against invasion of privacy and wiretapping.

District Court for the Central District of California, Fernanda Torres et al. v. Amazon.com Services, LLC claims Amazon blatantly ignored federal and state laws. Kiley’s personal background and experiences impacts her approach to litigation and client service in several ways. As a mother, Kiley sees how women and children are disproportionately impacted by corporate wrongdoing, so she focuses on empowering them to share their stories, expose the truth and win the justice they deserve. In addition, a childhood spent touring with a musician parent added to Kiley’s perspective that the U.S. is filled with good, hardworking people who deserve stellar representation when they are treated unfairly.

Licensed to practice in California and Tennessee, Kiley accepts cases from all around the U.S. appearing pro hac vice. She earned her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
