run away. So many mistakes with Lindsey Green that I have to sue him to seek damages to fix his errors. He will not prep you for any hearing or trial. Run away. Very arrogant for an attorney that doesn't produce results.

Do not use attorneys Gumm and Green. Lindsey Green was beyond terrible, he has destroyed my life and he does not care about his clients or their children. He only cares about filling his pockets. He took my money, did little to no work, the work done was incomplete, was not prepared for court, and repeatedly lied to me. I would have been better off representing myself. Go to LA Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Court house, search for Lindsey (benson) Green, &/or Gumm and Green, and you will find they are being sued for malpractice by two clients. Yes two!!! I previously Googled him and found these lawsuits, but as of today, they are not showing up on Goggle, so the only way to find these lawsuits is to go to the court website. Gee, I wonder who and how they got removed!!! In my opinion, he is a fraud and should be in jail. Read the court documents and make your own opinion. Considering suing, if you were a ripped off former client, report him to the CA State Bar immediately! here i

Hired Attorney Anita Gumm

Run do not walk her photo is 40 years old. So don't expect that you are hiring an attorney who's eager to earn her monies. She won't work your case she hires office assistants that can use basic word document software. But will bill you at her rate. She will try and put off getting familiar with your case until tye last minute if you let her. So do yourself a favor and meet with her weekly to follow up with her don't allow her to put you off on her office assistants. Be prepared to pay her more money and just know she won't tell you she needs additional monies until a week before court or she won't appear. Don't just read the 9 yelp reviews search the internet and find others. As you will see that in these last 2 years Anita has a habit of treating her clients as Iam telling you she treated me. She left me with serious concerns couldn't finish a sentence couldn't find evidence in her evidence book. Hire an attorney who preps your case personally. Not a office assistant

I doubted if green worked for my interest. The papers were so bad with so many errors. in one brief that Lindsey gave away 3 of my properties to my ex. when I demanded correction. Protocol is, you file a Errata to reflect errors of that magnitude. How negligent one can be to spell out, that property A.} B.} & C.} belong to Joe instead of jane. They did not file Errata. They did not follow up with discoveries, with subpoenas, They let every thing fall flat. they failed to show up on a hearing. Without informed consent Green signed a stipulation & eliminated most of my exhibits, yet did not object any of his. While deposing my ex, Lindsey did not demand responses 175 no response was ignored & there was no follow up questions. deposition benefited the accounting. With $33000 aggressively billed & paid, Lindsey gave away my rights, my properties. I was more frightened by my attorney's action v my ex. Whether by negligence or by intend Green caused irreversible harm.

Hired Attorney Anita Gumm

Biggest mistake of my life hiring this woman. Scared me into signing a stipulation in a Civil Harassment matter. Did not cite any case law. Refused to learn case. Easiest case to win had she ever handled alleged civil Harassment before. The TRO was denied and i had never even met the petitioner, an admitted felon. The stip lived with me for 3 years and is finally over. I paid this lawyer $8500 and will do everything I can to get every penny back.
