I retained Robert Vario for a Modification of custody. He required a $2500.00 retainer. He did minimal work on the case. I had all the information needed. He and the respondents attorney came to no agreements. Myself and my ex agreed to a settlement out of court. Robert scolded me for coming to this agreement because he wanted $2500 as a another retainer. I advised him I could not afford that. A few weeks later i contacted him to represent me in a child support trial , he wanted still $2500 for now CHILD SUPPORT!!!! This is absolutely absurd. He doesnt care about his clients he only cares about lining his own pockets.
