IN 2020 MY PARENTS HIRED JOE TO CREATE A LIVING TRUST TO PROTECT THEIR ASSETS. THEIR HOME WAS PLACED IN THE TRUST AND HE NEVER HAD THE DEED RECORDED AS SUCH - ALMOST 5 YEARS LATER - HE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MULTIPLE REQUESTS TO PROVIDE THE RECEIPT THAT HE SAID HE HAD - SEE YOU IN COURT JOE.
I just want to state for the record “Chris” I am not a drug addict nor am I with the Law Firm of Joseph Marino any longer! As far as my work while i was employed there I can only do so much before THE ATTORNEY needs to be involved. I am truly sorry your experience was so awful with Joseph Marino , Esq.
Joseph Marino and his paralegal Jennifer.rockefella are drug addicts.i hired these two crooks for a foreclosure matter my wife died house went in to foreclosure. I paid this drug addicted Joseph Marino 3,500 bucks got receipts and documentation showing I retained Joseph Marino p.c.for his services .when my case came around Joseph Marino said he never heard of me and my documents were false .is this man high.i had to go file a police report on Joseph Marino and Jennifer.rockefella. and hire a new lawfirm another 3,500 bucks. now looking to sue Joseph Marino and Jennifer.rockefella. never ever ever never hire Joseph Marino ther drug addicts and crooks.only people like that would think they can get away with something like my situation .NEVER hire evviilll humans
I had expressed interest in getting a property grievance done. Joseph contacted me to use his firm’s services. I filled out the paperwork for him and then essentially never heard from him again. 3 emails, 4 phone calls to which his assistant answered and promised to have someone return my call, but nothing. I just received my property tax bill which showed no change in property value so either he never processed it or lost the grievance appeal and decided to just avoid me. I understand a grievance may not be worth the effort for your firm, but if that’s the case, please don’t reach out to clients for their business.
