Cefalo & Associates is a law firm with an office in West Pittston, PA. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing auto, bus, tractor-trailer, motorcycle crashes, drunk driver victims and 28 other areas of law.
This was my first (hopefully last) experience with auto accident claims. Attorney George Oschal represents me and I can’t say how thankful I am for his hard work. I didn’t have faith in the process at first and attorney Oschal was very kind and informative. Making sure I followed through and understood the details. I reviewed my case and settled out of court, and it all was resolved with ease. Beth Ann his assistant, also made sure that all of my documents were in order and sometimes going above and beyond for me to have what I needed. Overall I never have been able to say I had faith in my lawyers in the past. I felt very confident with attorney Oschal and in any situation I know I will be utilizing his firm again. Cefalo and Associates were very helpful and very easy to work with. If we weren't able to make it to the office we could drop info off at any time. They were always able to take a message and were quick to get back to us.
It has been 3 1/2 yrs and I still am waiting for an end of this...they keep giving me the run around and keep having me fill out same paperwork ..I get no answers to questions I have.
They were rude and unprofessional. Completely blew an open and shut case.
