During law school, Ms. Maldonado served as a Law Clerk for a plaintiffs' personal injury law firm as well as Law Clerk at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in the Division of Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Maldonado worked for a boutique civil litigation firm in Boca Raton, FL handling cases in general litigation, medical facility representation, and homeowners' association and condominium law.
