Hired Attorney Ms. Rae Franks

We hired this lawyer for my father‘s estate. After he passed away, she decided to keep 5K just in case there is any back taxes owed from my father. I have completed all the documents that she needed, and she still will not release the money to us. She was also very rude. It has been our family as rednecks.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
