Patrick James Folley is a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of labor and employment law, marine/admiralty, commercial litigation, professional malpractice, ERISA litigation, and class action defense.
Mr. Folley earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied Economics. He also studied at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, earning a certificate from the Summer Institute for General Management. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Mr. Folley attended the University of Notre Dame Law School and clerked for the Honorable James E. Shadid, Chief United States District Judge for the Central District of Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2015, graduating with Dean’s List honors.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Folley passed both the Illinois and Indiana bars. He practiced in Illinois in the areas of medical malpractice, civil rights, and general civil defense litigation, and also represented clients in toxic tort litigation in Indiana.
