Attorney Foley met with us and LISTENED… He gave us his time to actively LISTEN! To find someone in that profession who does not rush you because he has other clients to take care of is a rarity. But to find someone with all those attributes, and who shared the same faith and gave godly advice, is nothing but a MIRACLE!! A true miracle to find him, and a true miracle to share the love of Christ, and an even truer miracle to have the case dismissed as a result. Our brother was arrested and charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor. From our initial identification and throughout the legal process Roger was very focused, hard working with a winning attitude.  At the start he was able to get our brother placed in rehab instead of jail awaiting the next legal step. Throughout the legal process Roger shared connections regarding rehab facility, bondsman, eviction lawyer and house arrest arrangements making our interactions with them go smoothly. Roger shared his in-court and deposition strategies. I’m a nurse in Pensacola Florida dealing with a case of fraudulently receiving benefits from DCF for me and my six kids! Mr Roger helped me tremendously with what I need to do. In early February of 2023 I had been arrested for a DUI charge. I began calling law offices in the Martin county area on a Saturday around 4 or 5 p.m. Roger is the only lawyer that picked up the phone, not his assistant, it was Roger. In a time of high stress and confusion, it was comforting to know someone had my back from the get-go. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. Roger definitely made my experience pass by much smoother. If you're in need of a good lawyer, Roger is your guy.

I found Mr. Foley through his reviews. He absolutely lived up to his reputation. When I explained my case within minutes he said he could win if what I was saying was true. My charges were from 2019 when I was still in my addiction and have since changed my life around, so you can imagine how terrified I was to be facing prison time. I did everything he said to do. He stayed in constant contact with me and within a month my charges were dropped! Only attorneys I spoke to never mentioned what he said he could do. I am so very thankful to Mr. Foley for giving me my life back! I would recommend him above any other!

Roger Foley is an amazing lawyer. I had a long felony case almost lasting 2 years and I had to go to court hearings every 3 months and Roger did not miss one court hearing. He is extremely reliable and dependable. Every time I called his office or emailed him he would always answer or call me back. I always felt confident with him on my side . I will always be thankful for all his help and highly recommend him for any kind of criminal case.
