Mr. Eaton is a Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law with Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Eaton dedicates himself exclusively to the practice of Marital and Family Law by representing clients in Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Modification, and Support Enforcement actions. Mr. Eaton represents clients, who are involved in complex children’s issues, equitable distribution, and family support litigation.
Mr. Eaton is an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is currently serving a four year term as a member of the Executive Council, which is the Section's governing board. Also, he serves as a member of the Section's Legislation Committee, which provides assistance and guidance on family law matters to the Florida legislature.
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Mr. Eaton has lived l in Florida all of his life. He graduated from Rosarian Academy and Park Vista Community High School, in Lake Worth. He is a proud alum of the University of Central Florida and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. In his free time, Mr. Eaton is an avid sports fan and regularly attends Florida Panthers games.
