About Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating high school, Carlos attended the University of Central Florida and Florida Atlantic University where he graduated with a B.A., in Political Science and B.A., in Criminal Justice with cum laude honors.

Immediately after college graduation, Carlos began his legal studies at Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. During his time in New Orleans, Carlos clerked for Judge Fredericka Wicker as well as prominent defense firm. Additionally, he clerked in the felony division of the Broward County Public Defender’s Office.

Upon law school graduation, Carlos focused on defending individuals, small businesses, and insurance companies in litigation. No client is too small or too big for his attention. Carlos is a result-oriented litigator with a passion for problem-solving. He builds rapport and relationships with people from all over the world. His experience in various litigated topics exposed him to complex medical matters including catastrophic injuries such as traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, neurological conditions, psychological diagnoses, including PTSD, as well as other complicated injuries.

Additionally, he has experience defending businesses in torts, enforcements of non-competes, and discrimination charges. Carlos has represented individuals and multi-national entities at the state and federal court levels. He currently concentrates his practice in the areas of bodily injury, contracts and general liability. He was named a 2023 Top Lawyer by Palm Beach Illustrated for his work in Personal Injury Litigation and was selected to the 2024 SuperLawyers© Rising Stars list for his expertise in Personal Injury General: Defense.
