Ashi Colina is a litigator in Greenberg Traurig’s Securities Litigation Group. Ashi represents broker-dealers and registered representatives in all aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings. She also represents clients in complex commercial and business disputes, white collar and enforcement actions, and advises in the rapidly evolving space of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
Ashi was one of thirty international professionals and scholars selected by the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute to participate in its Winter School on Illicit Trade. Prior to joining the firm, Ashi was an associate in New York City where she represented national and international clients in foreign and domestic investigations, litigation, and complex commercial and business disputes. Ashi was also an associate in Chicago, representing government entities and officials, corporations, and financial institutions in foreign and domestic criminal, compliance, and government-related matters. Ashi also served as a Special Assistant State’s Attorney, and now uses her skills to thoughtfully defend and serve her clients across several jurisdictions.
