Constantino Law Office, P.C. is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in West Jordan, UT. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing business litigation, commercial litigation, collections and 3 other areas of law.
We were in big trouble with our credit cards. We used them to finish a big business construction project (100K worth). And then.... The credit companies kept raising our rates until they hit the max Utah would allow. And we had never missed a payment or not paid at least the minimum required. The end result, none of the credit companies would work with us because we had been so good at making our payments. In fact, a couple of them said they would not work with us until we showed a need to - meaning, miss a couple payments. I would say, 'Fine, I'm letting you know that I won't be paying'. Don't do that! You'll ruin your credit scores! Like that wasn't already happening. The minimum payment due did not even cover the accruing interest. I bet we had paid over three times what we ever borrowed on the cards. So, I called the office of Constantino and they immediately went to work. It was a torturous couple years. In three years, we were out of credit debt!
The office staff was unprofessional. They didn't return calls in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
Horrible person, Mr. Constantino. Served me with court papers while I was working for his wife, Tawnya Constantino, MD, and in nursing school. A $300 credit card charge-off turned into a $2000 judgment because Mr. Constantino continued "serving" papers to me at the same employer after I no longer worked there, representing to the court that the papers had been properly served although I'm sure he received response that I no longer worked there.
