Mr. Shipman currently resides in Essex, Connecticut where he serves on the Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Commission. Previously he served on the Planning and Zoning Commission and Inland Wetlands Commission in the Town of Bloomfield. He is admitted to the Connecticut bar and U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut and is a member of the Hartford County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.
