Hired Attorney

Martin (Marty) Ozga took the final appeal case for my Long Term Disability paid by me as a benefit through my former employer. He was able to craft and very capably articulate a case against the insurance company as to why they should not deny me permanent coverage. Marty was friendly, always promptly responsive to my questions or concerns, and even lowered his fee when I explained my situation. This type of appeal was not typical of cases his firm would normally take but we won!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
