Erica C. Wilson is a seasoned plaintiff’s attorney renowned for securing multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements in personal injury and wrongful death cases. After earning a B.A. in English and Communications, cum laude, from Boston College—where she was inducted into the Order of the Cross and Crown—she obtained her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. At Temple, she served on the Law Review and won “Outstanding Oral Advocacy” honors in three trial advocacy seminars. Ms. Wilson began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where she tried over thirty jury trials and hundreds of bench trials for major felony and misdemeanor offenses. She later supervised litigation at a national plaintiff’s firm, specializing in nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and corporate negligence. As a founding partner of Murray Stone & Wilson, she represents clients against hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, adult day cares, assisted living homes, and major corporations.
