Hired Law Firm

Mr Simmons had poor communications skills and now his wife has taken over and she lacks communication skills as well and she is extremely rude. They took my money and did nothing with my case, refused to return my calls and now I'm fighting to get my money back. Karen needs to be disbarred.

Hired Attorney Mr. C. Simmons III

Poor communication with me as the client and between attorney and others in his office. I was charged for things that he didn't do, status conference, hearings, letters sent to me, to review emails that I never sent. After he said other party wanted to settle the case, and the money was ours and we didn't owe any medical bills. We got a call from him a few weeks later that our insurance company wanted their money back that they paid in bills, this was after Lawrence said we didn't owe anyone.

Lawrence is unprepared, lacks basic legal knowledge, and is lazy. In sum, he is incompetent.

Hired Attorney Mr. C. Simmons III

This is the worst experience ever!! Retained Mr. Simmons, late of 2012, here it is over a year later, and nothing has been done. Sadly we have only spoken to him maybe 3 times since we retained him... He is rude, and very ignorant, and we paid him!!!
