Hired Attorney

Never hired..I was considering from a good friend of mine she gave me the referral ..the receptionist won me over, was super kind and sweet told me I'd be getting a phone call with more information and I felt I had found who I needed after speaking with her. I waited over a week, I understand there are other cases..I called back to check on an update if my case (can even been taken) since I had not heard anything, he immediately assumed he had already taken the opposing party when having to ask what my name was more than once. The opposing party (the woman beater); I knew had already hired elsewhere, I stated to the potential attorney but he still acted as if he was already working with him, when I know he's already been taken by (John McConnell) with hearing my name once after he had asked me to repeat my name as if he didn't hear what I said... didn't have time to confirm so I'm making my own assumption that this attorney doesn't like to represent women. Why make up an excuse?

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
